Palak Pakoda
Palak pakoda, also known as spinach fritters, are a popular snack in India. They are made by dipping spinach leaves in a batter made of gram flour (chickpea flour), water, and spices, and then deep frying them until they are crispy and golden brown. They are typically served as a snack or appetizer, and can be enjoyed with a variety of dipping sauces.
Ingredients

1 cup gram flour (chickpea flour)
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
A handful of fresh spinach leaves
Oil, for frying
You will also need a deep fryer or a deep saucepan for frying the pakodas.
Optional ingredients that you can add to the batter include chopped green chili peppers, chopped fresh cilantro, and a pinch of baking soda to make the pakodas more fluffy. You can also add a pinch of asafoetida (hing) to the batter to add an additional layer of flavor
