Ingredients:

4 slices of bread

1 cup gram flour (besan)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/2 cup water

Oil for frying

Instructions:


In a bowl, mix together the gram flour, salt, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and turmeric.

Add water to the flour mixture and whisk until it forms a smooth, thick batter.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Dip each slice of bread into the batter, coating both sides evenly.

Carefully place the bread slices in the hot oil and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.

Remove the bread pakodas from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
