To make samosas quickly, you can use store-bought samosa wrappers or puff pastry as a shortcut. Here is a recipe for making samosas using store-bought wrappers or puff pastry:

Ingredients:-

1 package store-bought samosa wrappers or 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup diced vegetables (such as peas, carrots, onions, and bell peppers)
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    1/2 teaspoon garam masala
    Salt, to taste
    2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    Water, for sealing the edges

Instructions:

If using puff pastry, cut the sheet into small triangles.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.

Add the diced potatoes and vegetables to the pan and stir to coat them in the oil.

Add the coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to the pan and stir to combine.

Cook the mixture for 5-6 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Stir in the chopped cilantro.

Lay a wrapper or triangle of puff pastry on a flat surface. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of the wrapper.

Brush the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.

Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a few inches of oil.

Carefully place the samosas in the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.

Remove the samosas from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Serve the samosas hot, with your choice of dipping sauce. Enjoy!
